Make a Difference

With Portland's At-Risk and Homeless Youth

Each and every day, Transitional Youth is making a difference in the lives of at-risk and homeless youth. Three nights a week meals are served at the Outreach Center in downtown Portland. While relationships of trust are established, our staff and loyal volunteer partners offer hope and non-judgmental guidance to Portland's youth. 

At our two residential homes - Junction House and Home on the Range - young men are given a safe, structured living environment where they can grow and mature... and get on the path to independent living. Our homes are a place where staff and volunteers provide love and care to help these youth obtain self-sufficiency, and a place where we're offering a hand up, not a hand out. 

Join us and help Transitional Youth achieve our mission to provide outreach, support, and housing to positively transform the hearts and lives of at-risk and homeless youth through compassion, guidance, and the grace of God.
